We are at the forefront of cold heading with environmentally friendly solutions
SEBIR has developed new cold heading wire products that minimise our carbon footprint, both in their production and in their use by our customers.
At this year’s edition of Wire, the industry’s leading trade fair which will be held from 20-24 June, we will be showcasing two innovative products: the phosphate-free drawn cold heading wires (TSF©) and the PHP© «very high deformability» wires.
TSF© and PHP©: the road to a more sustainable industry

TSF©, an ecological and economical revolution for the steel industry
TSF© (phosphate-free drawn cold heading) is a new technology developed by SEBIR for cold stamping without added phosphates that reduces industrial and environmental costs and offers better performance than conventional phosphated wire.
PHP©: "very high deformation" wires that extend the lifetime of machines
Our PHP© wires allow very complex deformations using phosphate-based technology and very high pressure lubrication systems. In this way, we manage to minimise the consumption of tooling or, in some cases, considerably reduce the processes in the installations, which makes PHP© a more sustainable product.
