PHOSPHATES
SEBIR TSF©: eco-friendly product
We have developed the innovative phosphate-free wire-drawing technology (SEBIR TSF©). With it, we have improved the geometric definition of our stamped parts. We minimise the appearance of cracks at 45 °C and the severity of steel cracks at 90 °C. All this with a lower environmental impact: no phosphate sludge and a 98% reduction in waste and polluting residues.
